1. The connecting bolts between parts must be tightened.
2. Layout of the gray line: Conduct surveying based on the location shown in the site plan of the living area.
3. Bolts shall be installed in accordance with the design requirements, and washers must be properly placed and installed.
4. The installation positions of all components of the on-site containers shall comply with the design requirements, and all on-site welds shall be accurate and free of temporary welds.
5. During on-site welding and transportation, any areas where the primer has peeled off shall be recoated with an anti-corrosion coating. Two coats of topcoat shall be applied to exposed surfaces of the components. No paint seepage, peeling, or defects in the paint or anti-corrosion coating are permitted.
6. The modular office units and walls must be modified in accordance with the layout plan. The corners and external angles of the curtain walls shall be capped with square aluminum profiles, and the joints between panels shall be connected using I-shaped aluminum connectors. Each wall must be plumb, with uniform embedment depth, and must be thoroughly cleaned.

In addition, the housing units constructed from shipping containers, including walls, columns, and other materials, shall be durable and capable of meeting load-bearing requirements. The use of materials explicitly prohibited by the relevant authorities is strictly forbidden. The overall structural load-carrying capacity and stability of the container-based housing must remain unaffected during intrusion events. Furthermore, the installation company responsible for assembling the container units must adhere rigorously to the instructions outlined in the installation and operation manuals, with each step being independently inspected and documented. If any step fails inspection, the installation process must not proceed to the next stage. A comprehensive inspection shall be conducted by the user organization; only upon successful completion and mutual signature approval may the next phase commence. In addition, the occupancy of each dormitory unit shall not exceed eight residents.
